Rental Period  We rent our Props on a weekly basis. The rental cycle starts on the day of pick-up and continues for seven days.

If the drop-off date falls on a holiday, the items will be due on the following business day without extra charges.  *Some conditions apply.  

Pick-ups and returns outside of regular business hours can be arranged, extra fees apply. 

Payments and Deposit Items must be paid before pick up. We accept credit cards, cheques, and e-transfers as forms of payment. 


Security Deposit.   A deposit of $500 must be received with a signed copy of this Agreement on or before pick-up. When all items have been returned and inspected to ensure that they are in acceptable condition, the security deposit will be returned, within 7 days following the return date.



The lessee agrees to return all rental items in the condition in which they were received. All or part of the security deposit may be used to cover the cost of repairing or replacing damaged or lost items. 

Rental costs paid for the items will not be applied against the purchase price thereof. Aside from the cost of the item, a replacement cost will be added, and the amount will vary per product.  

If the item can be cleaned or repaired, the lessee is responsible to pay the full cost of the repair. The lessee can not keep the damaged item, with no exceptions. 


Props will be carefully packaged and ready to be picked up in bins. Items are expected to be returned in the same condition to keep them safe and damage-free.

 Items that are not returned in the appropriate bins are subject to a $40 charge.


Cancellations  Failure to cancel a reservation within 24 hours notice prior to the pick-up date will result in a 25% restocking fee. 

Plus Administrative and credit card fees totalling an additional 11%

Note: The 6% credit card fee does not apply to e-transfers and cheques. 


If given over 24 hours’ notice, Staging Sisters will refund the cost of props rentals minus an administrative fee of 5% plus a 6% credit card fee based on the final amount. 

For cheques or e-transfer payments, only the administration fee charges apply.  

Indemnity We are not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur while picking up, delivering or using any of our props. It is the sole responsibility of the renter to make sure items are used as intended. 


Transporting Props We do not offer delivery. The Lessee is responsible for providing safe transportation of rental items for pick-up and delivery. The Lessee is solely responsible for paying for any damage to the rental items during transportation. 

Rental items must be dropped off at the designated location. Failure to do so will result in the loss of part or all of the security deposit. 


Late Returns. Unless agreed beforehand, failure to return the order by 6 pm on the return date will result in additional rental fees. 

Acceptance on As Is Basis. The Renter agrees to accept the rental items on an “as is” basis with the understanding that many of the items are used and may have imperfections.
